The capitate is dorsally dislocated with respect to the lunate in keeping with perilunate dislocation. The lunate is rotated anteriorly but maintains it's articulation with the radius.
There are also displaced fractures of the triquetrum and the ulnar styloid process.

- Posterior perilunate dislocation.
- Anterior subluxation of the lunate (with respect to the radius). Tiny volar cortical fracture of the lunate.
- Transverse fracture of the triquetrum with posterior displacement.
- Ulnar styloid process fracture.

Example of a perilunate dislocation with triquetral fracture. Transcaphoid form of perilunate dislocation is more common.
