Multiple nodular periventricular subependymal lesions seen diffusely along the body of both lateral ventricles. Lesions follow grey matter signal in all pulse sequences. 

Case Discussion

A classical case of bilateral diffuse subependymal heterotopia, a case of failure of neuronal migration. They can be associated with recurrent seizures and developmental delay.
