Info

There is an ill-defined exophytic glottic and supra-glottic soft tissue mass lesion.
The mass infiltrates both false and true vocal cords bilaterally with the anterior commissure until the level of the arytenoids cartilage
The mass infiltrates the pre-epiglottic space and obliterating the lower end of the vallecula and the pyriform sinus bilaterally
No bony involvement. No cartilaginous destruction.
Multiple small bilateral cervical lymphadenopathy.
Case Discussion
In this case there is invasion of the deep pre-epiglottic fat denoting a stage T3 laryngeal tumor.
