Well corticated ossicle at the dorsal aspect of the talar neck. No fracture identified.

Case Discussion

The differential diagnosis for an os supratalare is a non-united dorsal talonavicular joint avulsion fracture. However, the dorsal talonavicular has a normal appearance and this ossicle is slightly posterior to the joint itself.
