Septate uterus with ovarian pathologies

Complete septate uterus with septum seen to extend down to the internal os, and convex fundal contour. Left ovarian dermoid and right tuboovarian abscess.
Case Discussion
This patient presented with symptoms of the tubo-ovarian abscess, with the septate uterus and left dermoid cyst being incidental.
