Massive complex cystic lesions extending from the right hepatic lobe into the lower abdomen. There are multiple daughter cysts within the mass and areas of peripheral calcifications.
Mild bilateral hydronephrosis.
Diffuse colonic wall thickening/edema.
Case Discussion
Typical appearance of large, multivesicular hydatid cyst with daughter cysts.
The colonic wall edema is of uncertain etiology, possibly incidental or related to congestion.
