Weakness of the lower limbs

Patient Data

Age: 45 years
Gender: Male

There a central disc herniation at C5-C6, compressing the adjacent segment of the spinal cord which shows a focal area of increased signal on T2 sequences (myelomalacia and gliosis), indicating spinal cord myelopathy.
