Left hilar surgical clips and left 6th rib resection. Vertical lung resection suture line in the left upper zone. Elevated left hemidiaphragm and hilum and leftward mediastinal shift indicating volume loss. Increased density in the left lung.
Patchy right mid and lower zone airspace opacification.

The patient was treated for RLL pneumonia and responded well to antibiotics.
