Info
Broadening of diaphyseal ends of bilateral distal femur and proximal tibia as well as proximal left femur with bony outgrowths pointing away from the physes with preserved corticomedullary continuity, classically seen in osteochondromas.
Case Discussion
As always, in osteochondromas, the thickness of cartilaginous cap is important to rule out malignant transformation. The thickness can be confirmed on a T2 weighted MR sequence.
