Left-to-right crossed fused renal ectopia showing normal size and parenchymal thickness. Anteriorly malrotated lower renal pole/kidney showing mild dilatation of its pelvicalyceal system with its ureter seen crossing to the left side and inserted at left posterolateral aspect of urinary bladder.
No urolithiasis.
Non-visualized uterus.
