Mild prostatomegaly. Metallic intraprostatic densities in keeping with the patient's history of Urolift system.
Sigmoid diverticular disease. Simple renal cysts bilaterally.
Case Discussion
Prostatic urethral lift (using the UroLift® device) is a minimally-invasive treatment option for symptoms caused by benign prostatic hyperplasia. On CT, it could be confused with brachytherapy seeds for prostate cancer.
