Presentation
History of endometriosis and lymphoblastic T lymphoma, currently receiving chemotherapy. Admitted in the emergency department for an episode of weakness and tremor of the left leg when she woke up, and another episode in the afternoon, not being able to move the leg during the second episode.

Non-enhanced brain CT showing no pathological findings.
Neuro perfusion CT study showing an area of time to peak delay in the right frontal lobe, with no evident infarct core consistent with penumbra.















Right frontal lobe cortical venous infarct with small spotted hemorrhagic areas due to cortical venous thrombosis.
Case Discussion
The findings are consistent with a cortical venous thrombosis.
