2.3 cm cystic lesion at the right cerebellopontine angle following CSF signal on all sequences.
No solid elements. No mass effect on the pons.
The remainder of the intracranial appearances are normal.

Arachnoid cysts are a not infrequent incidental observation on brain imaging.
