There is broadening of the distal end of the right femur, as well as the proximal end of the right tibia and fibula with relative narrowing of the visualized parts of their shafts; in keeping with Erlenmeyer flask deformity.

Erlenmeyer flask deformity is a term used to describe unilateral or bilateral flask-shaped abnormality of the long bones; which is commonly seen at the distal femur.
