Hysterosalpingography shows fully distended uterus with contrast material and both fallopian tubes are opacified.
Intraperitoneal contrast material spillage from the fallopian tubes is noted.
Incidentally noted multiple sclerotic foci in the pelvic bones and lumbar vertebras.
Case Discussion
Osteopoikilosis ( Spotted bone disease ), is a form of asymptomatic skeletal sclerotic dysplasia. Imaging findings show multiple small ovoid sclerotic foci which are symmetrically distributed.
