A 105×90mm thick-walled cystic lesion with internal layer detachment is noted at right liver lobe that ruptured in to the subcapsular space causing large subcapsular collection. 
In imaged portions of lower thorax; the right hemidiaphragm is relatively elevated causing right lung base mild collapse. There is also a little amount right sided pleural effusion.

Case Discussion

Features of CT scan is most likely compatible with hepatic hydatid cyst that ruptured into subcapsular space causing fluid collection.
