Both hip joints show subchondral lucencies of the acetabulum and femoral heads with acetabular marginal osteophytes and uneven joint space, being narrow at medial aspect.
Case Discussion
Findings are in keeping with bilateral hip osteoarthritis. Note both hips are symmetrically affected.
