The gallbladder is not seen at anatomical location due to prior resection. Intra & extrahepatic bile ducts are dilated at CBD measured 15 mm in caliber. A 20×15 mm ill-defined low enhancing mass like lesion is noted at pancreatic head. A few lymphadenopathies are seen at peripancreatic regions with maximum SAD of 25 mm. In addition, an 18 mm ill-defined low enhancing mass is noted at segment VII of the liver.
The prostate gland is enlarged.
Case Discussion
Pathology proven pancreatic head adenocarcinoma with regional lymphadenopathies and small hepatic metastasis.
