The MRI sequences demonstrate a small rounded well-defined hypo-enhancing lesion of the right aspect of the pituitary gland measuring 7 x 6 x 5 mm. Deviated infundibulum towards the left with normal thickness and enhancement. Normal appearance of the optic chiasma.
