Presentation

Abdominal pain.

Patient Data

Age: 65 years
Gender: Female
ct

A 38×28 mm low enhancing partially exophytic mass is noted at pancreatic head and neck accompanied by several peripancreatic and para aortocaval lymphadenopathies with SAD less than 20 mm.

Inhomogeneously, the hepatic attenuation value is less than the spleen, suggesting uneven fatty liver.

The gallbladder contains a few stones, and focal thickening is present at the gallbladder fundus.

A 28 mm parapelvic cyst is present in the right kidney.

Pancreatic mass; pathology proved adenocarcinoma, with regional and para aortocaval lymphadenopathies.
