Extensive ectasia of the biliary tree throughout the liver, some dilated ducts with a characteristic central dot coursing through (fibrovascular bundle). Splenomegaly and extensive varices. Abnormal kidneys with dysplastic cortex indicating medullary sponge kidney (known association).
