Case Discussion

Hemotympanum is defined as blood component in the middle ear cavity.

Upon patient arrival, ENT examination showed a bulging red colored tympanic membrane.

Subsequent CT imaging showed fracture in the right mastoid sinus along with blood component in the middle ear cavity.
