Gravida 3 para 2, previous 1 CS, complaining of dysuria, frequency of micturition and something protruding from the vagina.

These images show a 3D transperineal ultrasonography assessment of the pelvic floor, showing sacculations in the urethral wall pushing against the anterior wall of the vagina, as seen in transverse views not related to urinary bladder longitudinal images.
Case Discussion
Urethral diverticulum (UD) is a condition in which a variably sized “pocket” or outpouching forms next to the urethra. Because it most often connects to the urethra, this outpouching repeatedly gets filled with urine during the act of urination, thus causing symptoms.
