Duplication of the inferior vena cava

Download
Info

Duplication of the inferior vena cava is seen that crosses anterior to the aorta at the level of the left renal vein to join the right IVC.
A 20 mm hyperdense stone is noted in the gallbladder.
A 28 mm thin walled nonenhanced cyst is noted at the right adnexa.
Case Discussion
Duplication of the inferior vena cava is a relatively rare vascular anomaly, but this caval abnormality needs to be recognized; mainly associated with renal anomalies like crossed fused ectopia or circumaortic renal collar.
