Presentation

Vague abdominal pain.

Age: 25 years

CT

There is a right adrenal cystic lesion with a heavily-calcified thick wall. Findings are most likely related to previous haemorrhage and/or infection (TB).

Case Discussion

This finding was incidental, the patient presented with vague abdominal pain, he had no history of remarkable trauma.
