Info

There is a smooth concavity in the uterine fundus instead of the more common straight fundal contour inferring an arcuate uterus. Both fallopian tubes are patent and of normal caliber, with distal contrast spillage in the peritoneum.
Case Discussion
The arcuate uterus is the most common and mild form of Mullerian duct anomaly and typically associated with normal-term gestation. The arcuate uterus can be characterized by ultrasound or MRI with a normal external uterine contour and a broad smooth indentation on the fundal segment of the endometrium.
