Smooth concavity is seen in the uterine fundus instead of the more common straight fundal contour inferring arcuate uterus.
Both fallopian tubes are patent and of normal caliber with distal contrast spillage in the peritoneum.
The arcuate uterus is the most common and mild form of Mullerian duct anomaly and is typically associated with normal-term gestation.
