Presentation

traumatic shoulder dislocation treated by closed reduction and followed by shoulder pain and limitation of movement.

Patient Data

Age: 19 years old
Gender: Male
mri

Defect of the posterolateral aspect of humeral head consistent with Hill Sach defect with associated defect of the anteroinferior labrum consistent with Bankart lesion. Also biceps tendinitis is noted.
