Download
Info

There is a bilateral distal tubal block and bilateral hydrosalpinx. A small volume of peritoneal spillage could be detected.
Intravasation of contrast material into the myometrial vessels, followed by its spread to the pelvic and gonadal veins, is observed.
The uterine cavity is normal.
Case Discussion
Hysterosalpingogram findings are compatible with bilateral hydrosalpinx which refers to a fluid-filled dilatation of the fallopian tube.
