Case Discussion
A simultaneous bilateral femoral neck fracture is a rare entity that is usually associated with metabolic bone disease, epileptic attack, and high-energy trauma. Osteomalacia, electrical shocks, and renal osteodystrophy are also known causes.
In this case, the cause of the fracture was due to epileptic attack.
