Bladder stones

Medical history of benign prostatic hyperplasia and hyperuricosuria presented with lethargy and acute renal failure.

Patient Data

Age: 80 years
Gender: Male

 CT scan demonstrates innumerable variable size stones within the bladder, associated with thickened bladder wall and bilateral hydronephrosis (not shown here). Bladder catheter ballon is also visible.


Case Discussion

Eventually the stones were extracted, and are shown on the clinical photograph.
