Bladder stones

Presentation

80-year old man with a medical history of benign prostatic hyperplasia and hyperuricosuria presented with lethargy and acute renal failure.

Patient Data

Age: 80 years
Gender: Male
CT

 CT scan demonstrates innumerable variable size stones within the bladder, associated with thickened bladder wall and bilateral hydronephrosis (not shown here). Bladder catheter ballon is also visible.
