Cavernous transformation of the portal vein is noted (long standing - previous studies not shown, but unaltered). 

No adrenal lesions. Simple renal cysts bilaterally. No obvious large bowel mucosal lesion. Small bowel within normal limits. No significant lymphadenopathy seen. Numerous pulmonary and liver metastases are seen.
