Presentation
Chronic diarrhea and malabsorption, weight loss, abdominal pain, anemia, and malnutrition.
Patient Data

CT study shows Jejunoileal fold pattern reversal, mild small bowel dilatation, mesenteric fat stranding, low attenuation lymphadenopathy, and splenic atrophy.

The follow-up study after two years revealed slight regression of lymphadenopathy and mesenteric fat stranding, fat-fluid levels in some of the lymph nodes, discrete progression of splenic atrophy, similar jejunoileal fold pattern reversal, and mild small bowel dilatation.
Case Discussion
Here is a case of cavitary mesenteric lymph node syndrome in association with celiac disease that is confirmed by raised serum antibodies and positive biopsy findings.
