Chiari II malformation

Multiple findings including:
- partial agenesis of the corpus callosum - note the absence of the rostrum.
- very atrophic / gliotic low lying tonsils
- bowing of the clivus
- small posterior fossa
- tectal beaking
Case Discussion
This patient has known spina bifida (not shown). The features are, therefore, consistent with a Chiari II malformation.
