There is bilateral significant narrowing of posterior airways. Air fluid levels seen above the point of obstruction, left more than right. There is apparent thickening of vomer and medial bowing of maxillary sinuses.

Impression:

Features are very suggestive of bilateral Choanal atresia (osseous).
