A lytic lesion with foci of calcification at the left femoral head and neck region.

Left femoral head and neck region shows a hypointense lesion on T1 with high signal intensity on T2 and STIR. It doesn't suppress on PD fat sat. It is reaching the subarticular region with intact cortex.
