There is dislocation of the right hip joint with pseudo-articulation with the ilium. The proximal of the right femur is deformed, and the right acetabulum is dysplastic as demonstrated by a shallow cup with a vertically oriented roof.
Mild acetabular dysplasia with degenerative changes are also observed ate left hip joint as decreased joint space and subchondral sclerosis.
Long-standing untreated bilateral hip dysplasia more severe on the right side with pseudo-articulation.
