Ill-defined, centrilobular ground-glass opacities, reticulations, peribronchovascular interstitial thickening, traction bronchiectasis, architecture distortion, and honeycombing with characteristic extreme basal lung sparing; findings are most likely suggestive of chronic hypersensitivity pneumonitis.
