Dilated pulmonary trunk, right and left pulmonary arteries: The pulmonary trunk measures 4 cm in diameter compared to 3.3 cm diameter of ascending aorta at the same level.
Chronic emboli of the left upper lobar pulmonary artery with almost complete luminal obliteration. Bubbly consolidation in the left lung upper lobe apical segment. Recanalized chronic embolism of right lower lobe posterior basal segmental artery.

Wedge-shaped focal pulmonary infarct in the right lung upper lobe anterior segment just above the horizontal fissures.
Bilateral minimal basal atelectasis.
Right minimal pleural effusion.
Senile emphysematous changes throughout the lungs.

Bubbly consolidation is caused by pulmonary infarct and pulmonary hemorrhage.
