The coeliac trunk showed mild hooking under the arcuate ligament with significant fusiform dilated segment 2 cm from its origin showing a small dissection flap with two rents a proximal one averaging 6.7 mm and distal one averaging 6.2 mm in diameters and the flap is ending at the level at the common hepatic artery origin.

Case Discussion

Coeliac artery dissection is usually seen as a continuation of abdominal aortic dissection. Spontaneous dissection usually presents with abdominal pain. Contrast-enhanced CT is the technique of choice for diagnosing coeliac artery dissection. It can be associated with coeliac artery aneurysm.
