Info

Dolichocolon is present accompanied by sigmoid redundancy and transverse colon ptosis. Multiple small outpouchings are observed, particularly at the left hemicolon, inferring colonic diverticulosis.
No apparent tumoral strictures or pathological filling defects are evident in the colorectal.
Case Discussion
Colonic diverticulosis is very common and is typically found in older individuals. The vast majority are asymptomatic; however, some patients may show intermittent left-sided abdominal pain and frequent constipation.
