There is a long segment of distal small bowel thickening along with engorgement of the adjacent mesenteric vessels and mild fat stranding inferring comb sign.
A few small cysts are seen at the liver less than 5 mm.
A little amount of free fluid is present in the pelvis.
Degenerative changes as osteophytosis are seen at the lumbar spine.
Case Discussion
Features are compatible with comb sign that refers to the hypervascular appearance of the mesentery in active Crohn disease.
