Superior endplate compression fracture of L2 vertebrae without evidence of retropulsion or posterior element involvement.

Broad-based disc protrusion with thecal sac indentation is present at the L3-L4 level.

Disc bulging is seen at the L4-L5 level.

Simple cyst at the right kidney midpole is noted.
