Case Discussion
The patient had normal oxygen saturation and no lymphopenia.
Although SARS-CoV-2 infection (COVID-19) is described as possibly having a rapidly progressive course, it can sometimes manifest itself as ground glass / ill-defined consolidation that remains relatively stable.
In our case, the patient, despite her age, remained clinically stable and was discharged to home quarantine.
