Progressive bilateral ground-glass opacities affecting both lungs, more prominent in the upper lobes and paramediastinal parenchyma.

The patient is intubated and has a central venous line.

Case Discussion

The patient presented with cough, fever and shortness of breath. After a day of hospitalization, his symptoms worsened and the patient was transferred to the ICU and required orotracheal intubation. He was positive for COVID-19 on PCR testing.
