No pleural effusion or adenopathy.
The 360° VRT shows extensive bilateral lung damage.

Diffuse bilateral lung opacities.
No intubation.
Case Discussion
This patient's nasopharyngeal swab (PCR) was positive for COVID-19.
Because of the high need for oxygen (6 L/min) the patient was transferred to the intensive care unit.
