Right hip pain at night. Otherwise well.

The only abnormality is bilateral coxa valga.

Case Discussion

Bilateral coxa valga is usually seen in children with cerebral palsy or other neuomuscular conditions. It is unusual to see in the absence of those conditions or previous trauma.
