Case Discussion

Cutaneous manifestations of neurofibromatosis type I (also known as von Recklinghausen disease) can be seen on MRI, CT, ultrasound, and X-ray. This case is a classic example of a patient with known neurofibromatosis type 1 as it presents on x-rays.
