Presentation
History of myelofibrosis, complaining headache.
Patient Data

Marked thickening of scalp with ridges and furrows, anterior to posterior in direction, involving dermis and subcutis, resemble gyriform surface of cerebral cortex.
Also noted hypointense thickened calvarial bone with small enhanced nodules, likely changes related to myelofibrosis.
Mucosal thickening of both maxillary and right frontal sinuses, sinusitis.
Case Discussion
Thickened scalp with ridges and furrows, giving a gyriform surface of cerebral cortex, suggestive cutis verticis gyrata. Given the history of myelofibrosis, this may be secondary cutis verticis gyrata.
