Large multilobulated cystic lesion with homogenous density centered on the right submandibular space and extending to parapharyngeal space. Note no perceptible
soft tissue, wall, or evidence of calcification. There is no adjacent inflammatory changes.
Right submandibular gland is medially displaced.

Transspatial cervical cystic mass highly characteristic of cystic lymphangioma, also known as cystic hygroma.
